Telnitz: This is the Base Game and must be owned in order to play Pratzen and Santon

ICA-Telnitz is a great intro to the Incredible Courage game system. It is a small game, has a good mix of unit types, an interesting situation from both sides perspective, and has a reasonable cost. The Russians have chosen to start the Battle of Austerlitz here, at the southernmost part of the French line, in order to turn it to the north and outflank Napoleon. The Russians have some Austrians in support and together they march toward the village of Telnitz and destiny. The single French infantry regiment that is there is brilliantly led and has a brigade of light cavalry in support. They manage to parry almost all the Russian and Austrian thrusts at Telnitz, until they are eventually overwhelmed and thrown back across the Goldbach stream. The game provides for this tension extremely well and because the units are based on companies, the French can spread out their meager forces in a tactically appropriate manner, not possible in many other games on the same battle.

Pratzen: This is an Expansion Game and requires Telnitz in order to be played

ICA-Pratzen offers players the ability to expend on the Telnitz game and fight for the Pratzen Heights, where the battle was truly won. Here you have the main part of the French IV Corps and the Imperial Guard. The Russians have one of their columns, mixed with a large number of Austrians, backed up by the Russian Imperial Guard. A formidable force.
